Receiving items electronically is cheaper than ordering paper copies as the price per copy is lower and it eliminates shipping charges. Electronic downloads are supplied as protectedpdf files (ie encrypted), in order to satisfy ecch security requirements, and are placed in your library area in my account when your order has been processed. For those customers wishing to receive printed copies we provide a fast print fulfillment service.

To open protectedpdfs you need to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, available free from Adobe.com (Mac users please make sure you're not using Preview to open protectedpdfs).
