Multimedia cases began to appear on the management education scene some years ago. The number being submitted to ecch for distribution has increased consistently year on year, though not any faster than the overall number of cases, perhaps because of the significant resources required to develop them. The ecch collection now includes over 100 multimedia and interactive items. Some of these are cases in their own right; others offer supplementary information to cases or teaching notes.
