Copyright guidelines for materials purchased from ecch

All materials purchased from ecch are subject to the following copyright regulations:
 
  • Cases must be used in their entirety and cannot be modified or amended without the permission of the copyright holder.
     
  • One copy must be purchased per student. Please note that if students are working in groups one copy must be purchased per student not per group.
     
  • Cases or other materials distributed by ecch, whether electronic or printed, must not be reproduced in any form (eg photocopied, scanned) or distributed by any means (eg posted on portals, e-mailed) for any use.
     
  • All materials distributed by ecch are exempt from all copyright agencies.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you think you have come across a copyright infringement please report it to us providing as much information as possible (title and reference number of the product, details of alleged infringement etc).
