Once you have found the product(s) you need, ordering from ecch is fast and easy. Unfortunately we can't take orders over the phone but you can e-mail, fax, post or place your order on-line. 

Please follow your organisation's ordering procedures. This will avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order. If you are ordering for teaching purposes, we require the name of the instructor and the title and date of the course.

Electronic copies are delivered instantly to your library area. We print paper copies to order but have a target two working day turnaround. DVDs and multimedia items usually take three working days. If you have an urgent deadline for receiving your order please let us know and we'll try to help.

Customers at all non-member organisations must pre-pay for materials before they are despatched. Information on membership

Ordering on-line

The fastest way to place your order is to find the items you wish to order using our product search and click the add to basket link next to each of the products you wish to order. You must be registered and logged in to order on-line (more information on registering). All prices and shipping options will be displayed on screen during the order process. Once you have placed your order you will be able to track it on-line in your my account facility.

Price quotes

If you are not quite ready to place your order, or you require an accurate price quote before raising a purchase order, please use the save as quote button that's provided an all screens in the ordering process. Saved quotes can be accessed for up to 30 days in my account and may be edited and/or submitted as an order.

E-mail, fax or post

If you choose to place your order by e-mail, fax or post please include the titles and reference numbers of the products, and how many copies you require. Please also give a contact name and telephone number in case our staff need to contact you about the order.
