Ordering electronic downloads

Most of the ecch collection is now available electronically ensuring materials are received instantly. Receiving items electronically is cheaper than ordering paper copies as the price per copy is lower and it eliminates shipping charges. Electronic downloads are supplied as protectedpdf files (ie encrypted), in order to satisfy ecch security requirements, and are placed in your library area in my account when your order has been processed. For those customers wishing to receive printed copies we provide a fast print fulfillment service.

To help you select material

Inspection copies

To make the process of selecting teaching materials quick and easy we provide registered, approved educators with access to free on-line inspection copies of as many products as possible. Previewing an on-line inspection copy allows you to assess the suitability of an item for use in the classroom. Inspection copies are not for classroom use, they contain the full text of a case and every page is clearly watermarked as an inspection copy. Inspection copies are accessed directly from the item's record in product search and are supplied as standard pdf files (ie not encrypted). More about accessing on-line inspection copies

Teaching notes

Most teaching notes are available electronically free of charge to registered, approved educators, with the exception of those from Harvard Business Publishing. If an item has a free electronic copy available it will be indicated on its record in product search. The teaching note will be watermarked with a sidenote including your name. If an electronic copy is not available a printed copy can be purchased by adding the item to your basket. More about accessing teaching notes
