How to submit

1. Download and complete the entry form, all sections of the form must be completed:
    Download the entry form
2. Complete the form in typeface, no handwritten forms will be accepted
3. E-mail the entry form, any examples of case teaching material (subject to copyright) and any supporting evidence to casecompetition@ecch.com
4. Any case material, supporting evidence or supplementary items that can’t be e-mailed (eg DVD’s) should be posted to ecch with a copy of the entry form.
