Welcome to my blog about cases and the case method, the people who create and use cases, and the ways in which the case method is changing to reflect diverse cultures and technologies. Richard McCracken, Director of ecch |

Dear reader, if you are reading this, as all the best Agatha Christie mysteries must begin, then our new web site has launched. I hope you like it.
I hope you find the site itself bright and easy to navigate but more than that, I hope it delivers the services and content that you need and demand. It has been designed and built to give you an improved ecch experience with instant on-line delivery and payment, improved search and dedicated areas for educators, administrators, corporate customers and students.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our user testing before launch. Your support and input was invaluable. We’re very pleased with the results and confident that we have something that will deliver your immediate needs while developing and evolving constantly to keep customers and, in the broadest sense, the case community at the front of all that we do now and in the future. We are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the case method wherever it may be found and in whatever form.
If we don’t, please let me know.
