Software requirements

Specific software is required to receive ecch case materials electronically.

Oracle IRM Desktop

Access to electronic case materials is provided through the Oracle IRM Desktop which must be installed on your computer. The software is available from ecch free of charge.

System compatibility:
The Oracle IRM Desktop software is not supported on the Mac platform.

Internet browsers

In order to use the Oracle IRM Desktop a live connection to the Internet is needed using one of the following browsers:

Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 or above. Click to download the latest version.

Adobe Reader

To open a pdf file it is necessary to have Adobe Reader installed.
