Requirements
Please follow your organisation's ordering procedures. This will avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order. If you are ordering for teaching purposes, we require both the name of the instructor and the title of the course. If you are a student we require a letter or fax from your course supervisor or tutor authorising us to supply the requested material. Orders must be placed in writing but, for your convenience, ecch offers a variety of options:
On-line
This is the most straightforward way to place an order, through 'case search'. You need to be registered for case search and logged in. The correct delivery options for your organisation and customer status will be displayed for each item you order. The cost of your order will be automatically calculated and you can select a shipping option. You will then be able to track your order.

E-mail, fax or post
If you choose to place your order by e-mail, fax or post please include the titles and reference numbers of the case studies, and how many copies you require. Please also give a contact name and telephone number in case our staff need to contact you about the order.
