The Double - European Business Competition 8-12 November, HEC Paris, France
The Double's main objective is to bring together the best students from the most prestigious business schools in Europe by giving them the opportunity to meet high talented professionals in a testing, defiant, but fun atmosphere. oikos Case Writing Competition 2009

With the Call for Cases 2009 oikos and Ashoka join forces to promote the creation of high quality teaching cases on Corporate Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship (sponsored by Ashoka). The competition welcomes entries from all parts of the world. 2008 EFMD Case Writing Competition
EFMD has been organizing a Case Writing Competition for thirty years
and aims, through this competition, to encourage the writing of case
material involving European companies and institutions. This is part of
EFMD's efforts to improve management education through faculty
development, development of teaching material and learning methods, as
well as the dissemination of best practice gathered from a number of
meetings and projects. The competition always attracts entries from
leading case writing institutions in Europe, North America and beyond.

2008 ACRC McKinsey/HSBC Business Case Competition
This day-long competition is open to full-time undergraduate students from Hong Kong. In 2008 a total of eight universities participated with each participating team comprising of four students with a faculty member acting as a coach.

13th CEEMAN Case Writing Competition - in partnership with Emerald
The competition calls for cases that are related to the overall theme of the 15th CEEMAN Annual Conference, 'Globalization and Its Implications for Management Development'. They could refer to new business models, entrepreneurial development, innovative access to and use of technology, finance, resources and markets, governance systems and institutional arrangements involved, as well as to the people, cultural and value aspects related to the globalizing environment, business practices and managerial challenges. The case might also deal with learning partnerships and other forms of collaboration between businesses, between entrepreneurs and business schools, as well as among business schools and other management development institutions that are aimed at creating learning synergies for the globalizing business environment and cross-cultural management development.

BusinessWeek and the Society for Case Research 2006-2007 Student Case Writing Competition
The competition is open to teams of up to five students attending a regionally accredited business or MBA program in the United States. Each team selected by its university will research and write a Case Incident (short case) based on a real world business decision. BusinessWeek, in partnership with the Society for Case Research (SCR), will launch and administer the competition. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges consisting of academic case writers and editors of case publications.

Inaugural HSE Corporate Credit International Case Competition
To attract academic attention towards corporate debt, HSE decided in 2006 to launch a case competition in which teams are exposed to practitioner training in matters of credit analysis and related risks. The task for the teams is to prepare a credit proposal to invest in a corporate debt instrument. The case focuses on understanding corporate credit from a credit investor's perspective. Winning proposals require teams to take into consideration the borrower's perspective as well.
