Electronic delivery
Most of the ecch collection is now available electronically. Receiving electronic files eliminates shipping charges and ensures case materials are received within one working day. Materials delivered electronically will be supplied as sealed (ie encrypted) pdf files, in order to satisfy ecch security requirements. Customers will receive the sealed files as an e-mail attachment. Please note that outside North America this delivery option is available to ecch member organisations only.
Case masters Organisations receive a complimentary electronic or paper master copy and are charged for the number of copies required for teaching, subject to a minimum of five. This permission allows them to reproduce this number of copies in-house. Most teaching notes can also be supplied electronically.

Paper delivery
Multiple copies
Case copies for students' use are supplied according to course numbers. Orders of a single title must be for a minimum of five. These are normally supplied as double-sided single sheets and stapled at top left corner. Multiple copies in this format can be supplied 4-hole punched at no extra charge to the standard per copy rate.
Journal article reprints are supplied to all customers in booklet-style format.
Delivery options for ecch member organisations
Booklets Educational member organisations of ecch may request multiple copies to be supplied as booklets, on standard weight paper, at no extra charge to the standard per copy rate. Corporate member organisations automatically receive multiple copies as booklets on a heavier weight 100gm paper.
Permission to reproduce Educational and corporate members may request permission to reproduce a case at their site at no extra charge to the standard per copy rate (Associate members are not entitled to this facility.) An order must be received and approved by ecch before any copies can be made. ecch provides a complimentary master copy of the case (or cases) either in paper format or electronically as a sealed pdf file.
Case masters for undergraduate programmes Many of the cases that we hold are suitable for an undergraduate experience level, or can be adapted for this use. To make some of these cases more accessible to undergraduate teaching programmes (first-level degree programmes of study, usually a bachelor's degree or equivalent) where cost is a particular consideration a case master can be ordered for the single purchase price of EUR115/GBP75.00. This grants general reproduction in-house for use by any undergraduate level course for a period of two years. Click for more information on undergraduate case masters.
Teaching notes Educational and corporate members of ecch may receive teaching notes electronically as sealed pdf files.
Inspection copies
Registered eligible individuals can view over 27,000 full text inspection copies on-line. Register free.
An instructor can order a single paper inspection copy for initial evaluation. Paper inspection copies are supplied as double-sided, single-sheets, stapled at top left corner. The first page and subsequent odd-numbered pages are printed with a feint under-print: 'Inspection copy - not for reproduction'.
Teaching notes
Teaching notes are only available to named faculty members in educational organisations and named trainers in corporate training departments. They are supplied in single-sided, single sheet format and stapled at top left corner. Please note that teaching notes are not available as on-line inspection copies through case search but most can be supplied electronically as sealed pdf files.
Videos
ecch holds videos as master originals only, and copies are produced to order. Videos are not available for hire. Inspection copies of videos are available at a charge with a copyright notice appearing continuously on screen. After the inspection copy has been returned, the charge will be credited against the full video price if it is subsequently ordered. Videos usually take three 'working' days from date of order to despatch.

order. Inspection copies of CD-ROMs
are available to order. CD-ROMs usually take three 'working' days from date of order to despatch.
Software
Computer software accompanying certain cases is supplied by e-mail, disk or CD-ROM. The basic format depends on the adaptability of the original software supplied by the case author.
