license agreement

As part of the registration process for case search all users must agree to the following license agreement.

to access cases or other materials held in the ecch case search database for the sole reasons of viewing on-line and printing one inspection copy per title for your own personal use and with the intention of assessing the suitability of the material for possible teaching purposes.
that the electronic copies of cases or other materials accessed by you will not be collected or stored in any format in any library, including personal, or in any database system.
that the cases or other materials, whether electronic or printed, will not be reproduced in any form or distributed by any means for any use.
not to allow anyone else access to your login details and to be liable for any misuse of those login details.
that ecch reserves the right to monitor user access to the case search database and the inspection copies held within it.
that case search database material may not be extracted or re-utilised without written permission.
to be bound by this license as interpreted under UK law.
that this license may be reviewed, modified or revoked by ecch at any time without notice.
