introduction to governance

ecch is an independent, educational, non-profit, membership based organisation with no share capital and is a charity.

ecch at Cranfield is governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association. An executive committee, comprising twelve academic representatives of member organisations, meets three times a year to establish ecch policy and oversee operations. Nominations are always welcome from ecch member organisations.

The operations of ecch in North America are supervised by a board of directors, that brings expertise from both academia and corporations.
