introduction to governance

ecch is an independent, educational, non-profit, membership based organisation with no share capital and is a charity.

ecch at Cranfield is governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association. ecch at Cranfield is governed by its Memorandum and Articles of Association. An executive committee, comprising twelve academic representatives of member organisations, meets three times a year to establish ecch policy and oversee operations. Nominations are always welcome from ecch member organisations.

The operations of ecch in North America are supervised by a board of directors, that brings expertise from both academia and corporations.
