What footage can I expect to see on a video or DVD?
The content and filming of videos and DVDs varies. If we have any information about the content it will appear as an abstract in case search, click to view an example. We suggest that prior to ordering a master copy for use in the classroom, you order an inspection copy to assess its suitability (please note that this service is not currently available to customers in North America). If you subsequently order a master copy, we will refund the cost of the inspection copy if you return it to us.
Can I have a DVD version of a video?
In most cases yes, the majority of videos we supply can be provided in DVD format. If this option is available it will be shown in the product formats when ordering on-line. Please note that some DVDs are ordered in on request only so please allow adequate time for us to process your order. Should an item not be available as a DVD, a member of our Customer Support Team will contact you.
Can I copy a video on to a DVD?
No, due to copyright law, this is illegal. If you wish to have a DVD version of a video, please place an order.
What if my DVD or video stops working?
We check each DVD and video supplied to ensure that it is working satisfactorily. Please check your copy as soon as you receive it. If there is a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. Should your video or DVD stop working at a later date you will need to order a new copy from us. |
