How will my order be sent?
A variety of shipping methods can be used to suit your requirements. The options available to you, and their exact cost, will be displayed when you place your order on-line.
Do I need to be in to sign for my order?
Yes, a signature is required on delivery for the majority of orders so please consider this when specifying your delivery address. As a signature is required, it is not possible to ship to PO Box addresses. Customers in the UK, whose orders weigh less than 2kg, can request delivery without a signature. Please note that if this shipping method is requested, we are not able to track the order once it is despatched.
How is shipping charged?
The shipping charge is calculated as a percentage of the total cost of your order. The percentage varies depending on the shipping method you select. See our shipping method guidelines for more information. The exact shipping cost will be displayed when you place your order on-line.
What happens if my case doesn't arrive?
If your order doesn't arrive when you expect it to please contact our Customer Support Team who will follow it up.
What is your returns policy?
As stated in our terms of business, we do not accept returns on printed or multi media items as they are produced to order. Inspection copies of videos may be returned when an order is placed for a master copy of the corresponding video. The inspection copy fee will be credited against the order for the master copy. To allow your return and credit to be processed quickly, please return the original packing and paperwork with the inspection copy. If already ordered, please quote the order reference number on which the master copy appears. |
