Do I have to pre-pay for my order?

Our member organisations have account facilities set up and can be invoiced for the items they purchase. Non-members must pre-pay. All orders are subject to our terms of business.

Can I be invoiced for my order?

If you are from one of our member organisations we can invoice you for your order. Click to find out if your organisation is a member.

How quickly must invoices be paid?

According to our terms of business, all invoices must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

How can I pay?

We provide a number of payment options including bank transfer, cheque and credit card. Customers at our member organisations also have an account facility available. When placing your order on-line, you can select your preferred payment option.

What currency can I pay in?

North American customers must pay in US dollars. All other customers can choose to pay in Pounds Sterling or Euros.

Will I receive my invoice with my order?

Your invoice will follow your order by post. If you have requested that the invoice be sent to an alternative contact eg your accounts department, it will be mailed directly to them. If you have pre-payed for your order, the invoice will confirm that you have paid.

Can I have my invoice electronically?

Currently we don't automatically provide electronic invoices. In special circumstances, please inform our Customer Support Team that you require an electronic copy of your invoice.

What are bank charges?

Sometimes when transferring funds a charge is made by the bank. Please note that as stated in our terms of business (3.4.2) all bank charges must be paid in full by the buyer.

Why do I have to pay VAT?

Depending on the type of organisation you are from, the country it is based in and the item you order, you may be required by law to pay VAT. Click to view our VAT guidelines. Any VAT you are required to pay will be calculated automatically when placing your order on-line.
