If I already have a copy of a case can I reproduce it? Can I scan a case to make a digital copy? Can you fax me a case study? How do I report a copyright violation?
If I already have a copy of a case can I reproduce it?
Due to copyright, it is illegal for you to copy any of the items we distribute. However, if you hold an official case master and are from one of our member organisations, you can contact us to request permission to reproduce the case at your site. Additional copies are charged at the standard price per copy. An order must be received and approved by us before any copies can be made. As part of this process we will check that you have the latest version of the case. If the one held is out of date, a new master will be provided.
Can I scan a case to make a digital copy?
No, due to copyright restrictions, it is illegal to scan any of the items we distribute to create your own digital copy. If you wish to provide an electronic copy of a case to students, please contact our Customer Support Team to discuss your requirements.
Can you fax me a case study?
No, due to copyright restrictions, it is illegal to fax any of the items we distribute.
How do I report a copyright violation?
