As pricing varies depending on what organisation you are from (corporate or academic, geographic location etc), and the product you are ordering, accurate pricing information is only displayed when you place an order on-line. Our standard pricing is shown below to help you estimate the cost of your order. Some items (eg CD-ROMS and books) are individually priced.

The price per copy is the same for inspection copies and multiple orders.
Multiple orders are a minimum of 5 copies per case. Quantities below this will be supplied as inspection copies, which are not for classroom use.
Materials containing colour are subject to a surcharge and are not available electronically.
The price per copy for permissions relates to the method of delivery (paper or electronic).
A two year site license on selected materials for use on undergraduate programmes only, is available to members of ecch at EUR115/GBP75 per case.

Inspection copies of videos and DVDs may be returned when an order is placed for a master copy of the corresponding item. The inspection copy fee will be credited against the order for the master copy.

Please note that some videos are individually priced, if applicable this will be indicated when you place your order on-line.

VAT

All customers in the UK, and customers in the EC that do not have a VAT number, must pay VAT on some items. Customers outside the EC are exempt from VAT. Click for further information.

Discounts

As a non-profit organisation we are not able to offer bulk discounts. However, organisations ordering under the CPP scheme are eligible for a discount on standard rates.
