How do I get my teaching materials?

As soon as your institution has successfully registered for CPP (Concessionary Pricing Programme), you will be able to start searching using Case Search and placing orders on-line. Orders will normally be delivered within one working day. All orders must be placed on-line and specify the number of students for whom you will reproduce cases at your institution (minimum 5).

When ecch receives your order, we will process it and send you a sealed pdf file with permission for reproducing according to the number of students you have specified. When you open the pdf file, you have one week to print a master copy from which you will be able to make the agreed number of copies.

Participation in CPP requires you to have particular software to enable materials to be delivered.

To protect the copyright of the schools whose materials it distributes, ecch delivers available cases electronically as sealed pdf files. ecch supplies items either by e-mail or via a web page (depending on the size of the file). A demonstration of opening a sealed pdf is part of the registration process for CPP. To access a sealed pdf file the following software is required:

  • Internet browsers
In order to use the SealedMedia Unsealer a live connection to the Internet is needed using one of the following browsers:
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
To open a pdf file it is necessary to have Acrobat Reader 4 or higher installed. Click to download the latest version.
